If the wrong product has been shipped or if the product is defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct the mistake by shipping the correct product at our expense. You may be asked to return the incorrect or defective product at our expense or you may be advised to keep the product.
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at (800) 356-8776 or email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of the package. We encourage you to notify the delivery company of packages damaged in transit.
Only unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Returned products will receive store credit only; no refunds. If you wish to return a product, you must call Multivet USA at (800) 356-8776 call or email firstname.lastname@example.org first to discuss the return. Please do not mail back a product until you have discussed the return with us first and have been advised how to execute the return.
